Data Deletion Instructions

Sileä is a service provided by Noera Technology LLC. A business administrator may disconnect an integration or request deletion of its Sileä account and associated data at any time.

Disconnect an integration

If you only want to stop Sileä from accessing a connected service, disconnect that integration in your Sileä workspace. You can also revoke access directly:

  • Google: Visit Google Account permissions, select Sileä, and remove access.
  • Meta or WhatsApp: Remove Sileä’s access from the relevant Meta Business settings or contact us for assistance.

Disconnecting stops new access through that integration. It does not by itself delete information previously imported or created in Sileä.

Request account or data deletion

  1. Email hello@heysilea.com from the email address associated with the Sileä account.
  2. Use the subject line “Sileä data deletion request.”
  3. Include the business or workspace name and state whether you want the entire account deleted, a connected integration’s data deleted, or specific records deleted.
  4. Do not send passwords, access tokens, message contents, identity documents, or other sensitive data in the initial email.

Verification and timing

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify the requester’s identity and authority over the workspace. We will acknowledge the request and, once verified, ordinarily complete deletion within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the verified requester when the request is complete or explain if additional time or information is legally required.

What deletion covers

Depending on the scope requested, deletion may include account profiles, connected-account tokens, contacts, messages and attachments stored by Sileä, appointments, workflows, AI-generated content, and related operational records.

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or security purposes. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before being overwritten. Information retained for these limited reasons is isolated from ordinary product use.

Requests from a business’s customer

If you communicated with a business that uses Sileä, that business controls your customer record. Contact the business directly first. We will assist the business with a verified access, correction, or deletion request. If you cannot reach it, email us with the business name and enough information to route the request—without including sensitive message content.
